Website privacy

This page explains how the contact options on Count On Partners’s website work. It covers enquiries and meeting bookings, rather than the handling of bookkeeping records under a client agreement.

Preparing an email

The email form uses your name, email address, optional phone number, message, and selected support type to prepare a draft in your own email app. The form does not submit those fields to a website form endpoint. You review the draft and choose whether to send it.

When you send an enquiry, the information in that message is shared with the recipient through your email service. Keep your first message to a description of the support you need. Do not include passwords, bank access details, or confidential client records.

Booking a meeting

The Contact page embeds a calendar provided by Cal.com. Loading that page connects your browser to Cal.com to display the calendar. If you book, Cal.com processes the details you provide and shares booking information with the calendar host.

The calendar currently belongs to Filip Vasilovski, whose name appears on the meeting invitation. Review the booking details before confirming a meeting. See Cal.com’s privacy information for how that service handles information.

Questions about information you share

Contact hello@countonpartners.com with questions about an enquiry or information you have shared with Count On Partners. Access arrangements for bookkeeping software and business records should be agreed separately before client work begins.
